Job summary

Nestlé in the Netherlands is seeking a Packaging Operator EHP - Packaging & Process Operator to operate and monitor the packaging lines in our baby food factory in Nunspeet. You will ensure machines work together and coordinate maintenance with Technical Service, while maintaining hygiene and TPM/5S standards.

We welcome applicants with mbo education or VAPRO training and experience in a similar role, ideally in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with automated systems and interested in process installations.
• Communicative, stress‑tolerant, and adaptable.

Packaging Operator EHP - Packaging & Process Operator

We are looking for inexperienced or experienced packaging operators to work in our baby food factory in Nunspeet, Netherlands. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the entire packaging process, ensuring that installations and machines function correctly together with the Technical Service through proper maintenance and thorough periodic cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain hygiene, safety rules, and procedures.
• Actively participate in teams to implement improvements.
• Work in accordance with TPM methodologies and standards such as 5S.
• Operate with technical insight, carefully and accurately.
• Shift work within a 5‑shift schedule.
