Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. in the Venlo region seeks a Packaging Department Employee to join a friendly, dynamic team where no two days are the same. You will operate and adjust packaging lines and machines, ensuring proper setup and supply of packaging materials.

No specific education or experience is required—training is provided on the job. The role is seasonal with two shifts in spring and summer, offering a gross monthly salary of €2,500–€3,000, 25 vacation days plus 9.5 ADV, and a 4.5%

Responsibilities

• Operating and adjusting packaging lines and machines.
• Ensuring the lines are properly set up and supplied with packaging materials.
• Assisting in changing the line when switching jar sizes.
• Performing checks in advance to make sure everything is correctly set.
• Preparing everything in the morning so production can start smoothly.
• Cleaning up, tidying, and setting everything ready for the next day at the end of the shift.
