Job summary

STAFFICE B.V. is recruiting a Packaging Room Associate in Rozenburg, North Holland. You will execute packaging and labeling for clinical trial medicines, start at 08:45, prepare and clean the packaging room, and guide colleagues.

Throughout the day you apply labels, inspect packages for accuracy, follow established work instructions, and support other tasks in the warehouse. End of day includes updated administration and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good physical condition for manual work.
• GMP/GDP experience or a Dangerous Goods certificate is a plus.

Packaging Room Associate

As a Packaging Room Associate, you are responsible for executing packaging and labeling activities for clinical trial medicines. You start your workday at 08:45 AM by preparing and cleaning the assigned packaging room in accordance with applicable hygiene guidelines. Throughout the day, you manually apply labels, inspect packages for accuracy, and guide colleagues within the packaging room. At 17:45 PM, you conclude the day with an updated administration and the assurance that all packaged pharmaceuticals meet the strictest quality standards.

For this Recruitment & Selection role, you will be contracted directly by our client!

Responsibilities

• Executing manual procedures for applying and inspecting labels
• Ensuring the careful packaging, labeling, and assembly of pharmaceuticals
• Cleaning and maintaining packaging rooms and used equipment
• Following established work instructions, protocols, and quality procedures
• Providing support with other tasks in the warehouse or labeling area

Requirements

• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
• Attention to detail and a highly accurate way of working
• Good physical condition for performing physical work
• Experience with GMP/GDP regulations or a Dangerous Goods certificate is a plus
