Hoogvliet zoekt een Junior Orderpicker in Bleiswijk om bestellingen te verzamelen voor winkels en online klanten. Je werkt met een voice-picking systeem en een EPT, in een moderne distributiecentrum met verschillende afdelingen voor gekoelde, vries- en ambientproducten.

Je draait twee ploegen: 06:00–14:00 en 20:00–04:00. Er zijn aantrekkelijke shiftbonussen en mogelijkheden om door te groeien binnen logistiek. Een dynamische en ondersteunende werkomgeving staat centraal.

Formación

• Minimaal VMBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardig.
• Ervaring als orderpicker/logistiek medewerker is prettig (0–1 jaar).
• Goede beheersing van Engels.
• Fysiek in goede conditie en actief werken.

Responsabilidades

• Bestellingen verzamelen en controleren met voice-picking.
• Producten verplaatsen met de EPT.
• Werkplek schoon en veilig houden.
• Kwaliteit van goederen controleren.
• Samenwerken met collega's voor vlotte operatie.
• Teamleider informeren bij problemen of afwijkingen.

Over de functie

As a Junior Orderpicker, you play a vital role in the logistics process at Hoogvliet’s distribution center. You collect orders using a voice-picking system and drive an electric pallet truck (EPT). You’ll work across different warehouse departments, dealing with chilled, frozen, and ambient products. The environment is modern, dynamic, and physically active—perfect if you like to stay busy and enjoy varied work. Together with your team, you make sure all orders are complete and ready on time for shipment to stores or direct delivery to customers.

Your tasks include:

• Collecting and checking orders using the voice-picking system
• Moving products around the warehouse with an EPT
• Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Checking the quality of goods
• Working closely with colleagues for smooth operations
• Notifying the team leader of any issues or discrepancies

You’ll work in two shifts: day shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and night shift from 20:00 to 04:00. Willingness to work night shifts is important.

• You have at least a VMBO-level education or equivalent
• Preferably, you have experience as an orderpicker, warehouse worker, or logistics assistant (0–1 year of experience is enough)
• You speak and understand English

• You are available for both day and night shifts
• You are reliable, responsible, and work with attention to detail

• Gross starting salary of € 16.20 per hour, including € 1.21 ADV allowance
• Evening shift bonus of 25% between 20:00 and 22:00 (€ 17.99 per hour)
• Night shift bonus of 50% between 22:00 and 06:00 (€ 22.49 per hour)
• Overtime bonus of 35% above 40 hours per week (€ 20.24 per hour)
• Saturday bonus of 30% (€ 19.49 per hour), Sunday bonus of 50% (€ 22.49 per hour), and public holiday bonus of 100% (€ 29.98 per hour)
