Job summary

Lidl Nederland zoekt een orderpicker in het vers fruit en groenten magazijn. Je gebruikt een headset om de juiste verse producten te vinden en werkt met een elektrische pallettruck om pallets te laden.

Geen ervaring vereist; er is training en je werkt samen met het team. Er is een startsalaris en voldoende uren, met extra ADV en pensioenbijdrage vermeld in de toelichting.

Qualifications

• 18 jaar of ouder.
• Beschikbaar in de middagen en avonden.
• Behulpzaam: samen met je #teamlidl collega's, je maakt het werk samen beter.

Responsibilities

• Verzamel verse producten door het magazijn en pak via headset wat je nodig hebt.
• Rij met de elektrische palletwagen en laad pallets met groenten, fruit en zuivel.
• Leer werken met ons pick-by-voice systeem en veilig rijgedrag van de pallettruck.

Working as an orderpicker in the fresh produce section in our warehouse is definitely something for you.

Wat ga je doen?

Ready? Set? Go! Your headset tells you what kind of fresh products you need to pick and where to find them. You drive around the warehouse on your electric pallet truck, loading pallets full of vegetables, fruit, and dairy products. You’ll pick products from across our vast range, from tomatoes, apples, and zucchinis, to cheese, yogurt, and olives. You don’t need a driver’s license, because we’ll teach you how to operate the truck safely.

Wie ben jij?

You’re someone we can rely on. No experience? No problem! As long as you work accurately, we’ll teach you everything else you need to know: from our pick-by-voice system to driving the pallet truck safely. You also need to be:

• 18 or above
• Available in the afternoons and evenings
• Helpful: together with your #teamlidl colleagues, you’ll make the most of your work

Wat krijg jij van ons?

A number of hours that suits you. Prefer a part-time role? We can work with that too. We’ll also provide the right PPE and high-quality company clothing. And:

• A starting salary from € 2,608.26 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek if you are 21 years or older). Do you already have experience in a similar role? Then your salary may be higher! Are you under 21? Then you will start with an attractive salary suited to your age.
• Every month you receive an 8.1% ADV-allowance on top of your salary.
• Lidl pays 70% of your pension contribution.
• 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days based on 40 hours.
