Robin is seeking an Order Picker to operate in a chilled warehouse, using a voice-picking system to fulfill orders and work across 5–6 days weekly. The role involves loading/unloading, packing, sorting, and maintaining cleanliness in a 4–8°C environment.
Employees may rotate fruit/veg sorting at the same rate, with various shifts available.
The client is based in Barendrecht, near Rotterdam, specializing in supplying food products (vegetables, fruit, packaged meat, fish, dairy products, and cakes) to stores throughout the country. Work is carried out in large halls at a positive controlled temperature of 4°C to 8°C.

Note: Employees may occasionally be assigned to sort fruit and vegetables in the hall opposite at the same pay rate. Departments cannot be chosen. Employees will work 5–6 working days per week across a 7-day operating schedule. Variable start and finish times depending on workload.
Mandatory Period: All new employees are required to work during the Christmas holiday period (including New Year) and Easter.
In addition to the base gross hourly rate, you will also get a 8% holiday allowance (Vakantiegeld).
Travel to work is by bicycle. The distance is approximately 6–6.5 km, taking around 25–30 minutes depending on route and speed. Company bicycle rental is available for €5 per week.
Experience & Skills: Previous work experience, commitment to the work, and willingness to work different shifts.
Compliance: Mandatory certificate of no criminal record required prior to starting. Strict dress code applies (no sweatpants, jewelry, watches, or painted nails).
