This is what you will do

As an Order Picker, you will work in a modern e-commerce warehouse in Lelystad, where you will be responsible for accurately collecting, checking, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will use a handheld scanner to pick products, inspect their quality, and make sure every order is complete and ready for dispatch. This is an active warehouse position where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important.

You will work 40 hours per week in a two-shift system: 06:30–15:30 and 16:00–01:00. The warehouse operates from Monday to Sunday, but weekend work is voluntary. The basic salary is €14.99 gross per hour, plus a 10% shift allowance on every worked hour, bringing your hourly wage to approximately €16.49 gross.

After 480 worked hours, you receive an additional €0.95 per worked hour, increasing your total to approximately €17.44 gross per hour, including the shift allowance and loyalty bonus.

Overtime above 40 hours during the regular working week and on Saturdays is paid at 120%. Sunday and public holiday hours worked within the first 40 hours of the week are paid at 150%, while overtime on these days is paid at 150%. Work on designated holidays may be paid at 250%, according to the applicable arrangements.

Availability during the busy winter and holiday period is important. Every working day, you will also receive a free sandwich or hot meal.
