Job summary

AXIS Career is seeking an Order Picker and Packer to process medical products safely and on time in a Venlo warehouse. You will use a handheld scanner to collect items and prepare them for shipment, while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Your duties include picking, inspecting, packing, loading and unloading, and recording goods in SAP and WMS. The role requires basic English, resilience in a cooler environment (2°C–8°C), and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Job description

As an Order Picker and Packer, you help process medical products safely and on time. Using a handheld scanner, you collect the correct items and carefully prepare them for shipment.

Your main tasks are:

• Picking medical products with a handheld scanner;
• Checking products, quantities and packaging;
• Packing orders and preparing them for shipment;
• Loading, unloading and moving goods in the warehouse;
• Registering incoming and outgoing goods in SAP and WMS;
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe.

Quality is especially important in healthcare logistics. Your careful work helps ensure that medical products reach customers in the correct condition and at the right time.

This is a full-time warehouse job in a 2- or 3-shift schedule. Your shifts take place between 06:00 and 00:00. Part of the work may be performed in a temperature-controlled area of 2°C to 8°C. It is therefore important that you are comfortable working in a cooler environment. You work accurately, take responsibility and enjoy being part of a team. You also understand that medical products must be handled with extra care.

You are:

• Available full-time for a 2- or 3-shift schedule;
• Able and willing to work in an environment of 2°C to 8°C;
• Physically able to perform active warehouse work;
• Able to communicate in basic English;
• Motivated, reliable and focused on quality.
