Job summary

AAA Global in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Options Trader / Researcher (Quant) to join its mid-frequency desk. You will research alpha signals, price models and take ownership of live P&L, with end-to-end responsibility from hypothesis to execution.

The role emphasizes intraday, and semi-systematic approaches where human insight adds value, working in a collaborative team across traders, researchers and technologists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quantitative research/trading at prop firm, market maker, or hedge fund.
• Hands-on options experience, pricing theory, Greeks and volatility dynamics.
• Strong Python and/or C++ for research and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and refine intraday options market-making strategies on NSE, BSE, MCX.
• Own the full strategy lifecycle from idea to live P&L.
• Manage real-time risk including delta, gamma, vega and inventory.
• Collaborate with researchers, traders and engineers to improve infrastructure.
• Analyze performance and reduce slippage and adverse selection.
