Job summary

Abbott Laboratories zoekt een Operator Weighing & Dispense voor de productieafdeling in Zwolle. U bewaakt het productieproces, handelt materialen af volgens werkorder en zorgt voor GMP-niveau werkplek- en documentatiemanagement.

De functie vereist minimaal een jaar ervaring als operator en een MBO 3 diploma levensmiddelentechnologie met kennis van geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen en SCADA-systemen.

Qualifications

• MBO 3 diploma levensmiddelentechnologie vereist.
• Minimaal een jaar werkervaring als Operator.
• Kennis en ervaring met geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen.
• Specialistische vakkennis van AS400, AMS en SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Je bewakt en controleert het productieproces en de specificaties en grijpt zo nodig in.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk om materialen volgens werkorder af te handelen.
• Je onderhoudt de werkplek op GMP-waardig niveau, audit-ready.
• Je zorgt dat alle documentatie op orde is en passend bij de onderdelen van het proces.
• Je leeft de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen na en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit.
• Signaleert en doet voorstellen ten aanzien van verbeteringen in het proces en/of werkmethoden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Je bewaakt en controleert het productieproces en de specificaties en grijpt zo nodig in.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk om de materialen volgens werkorder af te handelen.
• Je onderhoudt de werkplek op GMP-waardig niveau, je bent altijd audit-ready.
• Je zorgt dat alle documentatie op orde is en passend bij de onderdelen van het proces.
• Je leeft de kwaliteitsrichtlijnen na en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit.
• Signaleren en doen van voorstellen ten aanzien van mogelijke verbeteringen in het proces en/of werkmethoden.

Behoeften/Kwalificaties

• MBO 3 diploma levensmiddelentechnologie.
• Kennis en ervaring met geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen.
• Specialistische vakkennis van onderhoudsmanagementsysteem AS400, AMS en Scada.
• Minimaal een jaar werkervaring als Operator.
