Job summary

Jobster zoekt een Word Operator in Ommel die in een 2-ploegensysteem werkt en zorgt dat de productielijn optimaal draait. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt voortgang en lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op.

Begin van de dag: gereedmaken van machines en materialen, tijdens de dienst hou je het productieproces in de gaten en los je issues snel op. Daarnaast zorg je voor netheid op de werkplek en volg je duidelijke regels en procedures.

Qualifications

• MBO werk- en denkniveau vereist.
• Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol gewenst.
• Bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.
• Beschikbaar om af en toe op zaterdagen te werken.

Responsibilities

• Opzetten en afstellen van machines en materialen voor de productie.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en kleine storingen zelfstandig oplossen.
• Schoonhouden van de werkplek en naleven van procedures.
• Samenwerken met collega’s en teamleider bij grotere problemen.

Dit ga je doen

As an Operator in Ommel, you'll work in a 2-shift system and ensure the production line runs at its best. With your technical know-how, you set up the machines, monitor progress, and solve minor malfunctions independently. Your day starts by preparing the machines and getting the necessary materials ready. Throughout your shift, you keep an eye on the production process, spot any issues quickly, and jump in to fix them. You also keep the production area clean and follow clear guidelines and procedures. Supporting your colleagues on the work floor is also part of your daily routine to achieve the best results together. If there's a bigger problem, you work together with the team leader to solve it.
