Jobster in Nederland zoekt een operator om productieprocessen soepel te laten verlopen. Je bewaakt machines, lost kleine storingen op en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbeteringen in een hands-on team.

Je werkt in twee ploegen in een hechte, familiebedrijf-sfeer met korte lijntjes. Voorzieningen: salaris tussen €2.800 en €3.300, ploegentoeslag en reiskosten vanaf de eerste kilometer, ook bij fietsen.

Daarnaast krijg je dagelijks gratis mayonaise mee naar huis als extraatje van het bedrijf.

Formación

• Fysieke arbeid tot 20 kg mogelijk.
• Teamwork in een tweeploegendienst.

Responsabilidades

• Oplossen van kleine machineproblemen zodat de productie doorgaat.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
• Werkplek schoon en veilig houden en fysieke taken uitvoeren.

As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You make sure the machines keep running, solve minor technical issues and help improve the production process. Together with your team, you work towards delivering high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment.

Your main task

• Solve minor machine issues and make sure production keeps running
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks
• Keep your work area clean, safe and organised while carrying out physical tasks, including lifting products up to 20 kg

You will work in a two-shift system, where teamwork and a hands‑on approach are important. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to develop your technical skills.
