Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an hands-on operator to join our Animal Health operations in Boxmeer. You will help bring new production processes to life, support SOP development, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will work in a dynamic environment with GMP, automation, and continuous improvement at the core of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum mbo level 3 diploma with 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment.
• Familiar with GMP, production processes, and automation (MES/EBR is a strong plus).
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks during start-up phase.

Your Profile

• You’re someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in dynamic environments, and steps up when it matters most.
• Minimum mbo level 3 diploma with 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment.

• English or Dutch speaking.
