Job summary

Workster in Velsen-Noord zoekt een Operator voor de Ecosteryl-verwerkingslijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor bediening, monitoring en het waarborgen van veilige, efficiënte productie.

Tijdens de opstartfase krijg jeTrainingen en ontwikkeling, met toekomstige doorgroeimogelijkheden naar teamleider of projectmanager. We bieden groeikansen, reiskostenvergoeding en wekelijkse of maandelijkse betaling.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Ervaring in productie, recycling of logistiek is een plus.
• Een heftruckcertificaat is een plus (verlopen mag, hercertificering regelen wij).
• Je bent nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en neemt initiatief.
• Ook starters worden opgeleid.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en monitoren van de Ecosteryl-verwerkingslijn.
• Zorgen voor vloeiend proces en ingrijpen bij fouten of afwijkingen.
• Werken volgens veiligheid- en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.
• Meedenken over procesverbeteringen op de vloer.

At Workster in Velsen-Noord we are building a new, sustainable processing site. As an Operator you are at the heart of that process: you operate and monitor the Ecosteryl processing line and keep everything running safely and smoothly. We have just started with one shift and will expand to two shifts in early 2027. You join during the build-up phase, with plenty of room to develop yourself and make a real impact.

• Operate and monitor the Ecosteryl processing line
• Safeguard the flow and step in when there are faults or deviations
• Work according to the required safety and quality standards
• Keep your workplace clean and organised
• Think along about improvements to the process and on the floor

Wat vragen we?

• A good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
• At least an MBO working and thinking level
• Experience in production, recycling or logistics is a plus
• A forklift certificate is a plus (expired is fine, we will arrange the renewal)
• You are precise, reliable and take initiative
• Starters are welcome too, we train you fully
