Job summary

Pro Industry in Roosendaal is seeking an operator to join a clean, modern production environment. You will set up machines, monitor quality, and keep lines running, typically working in a small team within a larger production group.

You’ll handle changeovers, operate with care and accuracy, and learn to take on more responsibilities over time. You will work on filling and packaging lines for well-known international brands, with a clear path toward roles such as line operator or team leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment.
• Technical understanding and confidence with production equipment.
• Willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift schedules.
• Accurate, quality- and safety-focused work.
• Able to work independently and with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating filling and packaging machines.
• Adjusting machine settings during production.
• Carrying out changeovers when switching products or packaging.
• Monitoring product quality throughout the process.
• Solving small technical issues to prevent downtime.
• Cleaning the line and maintaining a safe, organized workplace.
• Registering production information in the system.
• Communicating important information during shift handovers.
• Supporting colleagues when other parts of the line need attention.
