Job summary

Koppert zoekt een Operator voor een 3-ploegendienst in een high-tech productieomgeving. U verpakt microscopisch kleine mijten, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en bewaakt zelfstandig productieapparatuur met aandacht voor precisie en hoge kwaliteitsnormen.

U identificeert en lost kleine storingen op en werkt onder een extra toeslag voor het dragen van een mondkapje. Er geldt een wekelijkse 3-ploegendienst met nacht-, middag- en ochtendshifts.

You work with modern machinery, perform quality checks and closely monitor the production process. What you will do:

• Carefully package microscopically small mites
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process

You work in a weekly rotating 3-shift system:

• Night shift: 22:15 to 06:45
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:15 to 22:45
• Morning shift: 06:15 to 15:15

• A gross hourly wage is €16,94 including ADV
• An allowance of €0.61 per hour for working with a face mask
• Attractive shift allowances: 125% after 6:00 PM and 140% after 9:00 PM
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer starting from 0 kilometers
• 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days
• Immediate pension accrual
• Possibility of takeover and a permanent contract at Koppert with good performance
