The role requires experience on production lines in the food industry, a proactive mindset, and willingness to work a 3-shift schedule in Lelystad.

Qualifications

• Experience as operator, machine operator, production operator, or machinebediener.
• Experience in the food industry.
• Technical interest and affinity with production machines.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Availability for a full-time 3-shift schedule.
• Own transport to Lelystad.
• Good physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set production machines.
• Overhaul machines for a new production run.
• Perform quality checks.
• Detect and resolve minor faults.
• Clean and maintain machines.
• Record production data and faults.
• Suggest improvements in the production process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep production on schedule in a 3-shift system.
