Job summary

Werckpost zoekt een operator die verantwoordelijk is voor opzetten en monitoren van de productie. Je lost eenvoudige storingen op en zorgt voor een vlotte productie samen met je collega’s. Je rapporteert aan de teamleider en werkt in een 2-ploegendienst, inclusief zaterdagen als extra dag of vervangingsdag.

Je bewaakt de productie, bereidt materialen voor en zorgt voor een schone, veilige werkomgeving. Egaliseer afwijkingen snel en werk mee aan continue verbetering op de werkvloer.

Qualifications

• Vereist MBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Eerdere ervaring als Operator is noodzakelijk.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Machines 's ochtends opzetten en afstellen.
• Benodigde productie- en verpakkingsmaterialen voorbereiden.
• Productieproces bewaken en afwijkingen oplossen of melden.
• Afwijkingen en storingen zelfstandig signaleren en melden bij ernstige problemen.
• Arbeidsruimte schoon en hygiënisch houden volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Productiepersoneel op de werkvloer ondersteunen indien nodig.

Job description

Do you have strong technical insight and several years of experience in production? Then we are looking for you! As an operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring progress, and solving simple malfunctions on the production line. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth production process so that products can be delivered on time.

Over de vacature

As an operator, you work in a 2-shift system and are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a complete production line. You report directly to the team leader and operationally supervise colleagues on the line. With your technical insight, you monitor the process, make adjustments where necessary, and quickly solve simple malfunctions.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up and adjusting machines in the morning and during production;
• Preparing required production and packaging materials;
• Monitoring the production process on the equipment;
• Identifying and independently solving deviations and malfunctions (for serious issues, you inform the team leader);
• Keeping the production area clean and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations;
• Supporting production staff as needed on the work floor.

Wat wij vragen

• Job requirements: - MBO working and thinking level;
• Previous experience as an Operator is necessary;
• Proficiency in Dutch or English to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and also on Saturdays as an extra day or with a replacement day during the week;
• Stress resistant;
• Good adaptability;
• Communicative and a real team player.
