A leading financial services company in Amsterdam is seeking a Growth & Operations Manager to drive the development and lifecycle management of payment products across EMEA. This role encompasses building business cases, executing market strategies, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in banking or e-commerce, be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate critical thinking. The position offers a hybrid work model and a full-time contract until the end of 2026.

This is a high visibility and impact strategy and business operations role to shape and grow Client’s financial services business with strong initiatives mapped to Client’s Global Commerce strategy in the EMEA region. You will be reporting directly to the Spender FinServ Portfolio Led.
Responsibilities:
You will own the end-to-end development and lifecycle management of new spender financial products across EMEA, with full accountability from initial concept through post-launch optimization.
This includes building robust business cases informed by market and financial analysis; leading discovery through in-depth stakeholder interviews, partner discussions, and voice-of-customer research to identify unmet user needs; and developing detailed cost models, forecasts, and investment plans to ensure sustainable unit economics.
You will drive the end-to-end sourcing process with our respective cross-functional teams, including RFI/RFP development, partner evaluation, commercial negotiations, and governance approvals, while working closely with legal, risk, compliance, and regional teams to meet local regulatory requirements.
In parallel, you will define and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies, establish feedback loops to measure adoption, engagement, and satisfaction, and lead post-launch governance to monitor performance, manage partners, mitigate risk, and continuously iterate on product features and customer experience.
The portfolio of products includes stored value, loyalty points, co-branded credit cards, pay-later solutions, and digital wallet offerings tailored to diverse EMEA markets.
Required:
3 years' experience within banking, e-commerce and/or consulting in strategy or operations with deep knowledge in issuing and cards preferred.
