cosine Research BV is seeking an Operations Manager for cosine Remote Sensing to enable scientists and engineers to focus on breakthrough technologies for space missions and Earth observation. You will streamline processes, coordinate operational activities and support project planning across a diverse portfolio.

• Experience coordinating complex technical projects with planning, budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of operational and administrative processes that support R&D projects.
• Support planning and execution, including effort estimations, resource planning, progress tracking and reporting.
• Develop and standardise workflows, procedures and reporting structures across cosine Remote Sensing.
• Act as a trusted partner to scientists and engineers to minimise disruption to core work.
• Provide management with insights and drive scalability of the organisation.
