Join Workwize as an Operations Associate, where you’ll help shape and scale our global operations. In this role, you’ll work across multiple business areas, from logistics and process optimization to cross‑functional project execution. You’ll help us build scalable systems, improve collaboration between teams, and ensure smooth operational performance across our international network. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a proactive mindset, someone who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and wants to grow fast in a scaling SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Global logistics coordination: Support our relationships with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners and warehouses worldwide to maintain efficiency and quality in service delivery.
• Project and process management: Coordinate and support cross‑functional projects to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Operations excellence: Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable improvements across departments (including logistics, supply chain, and internal operations).
• Data‑driven insights: Collect and analyze data to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision‑making for key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operational initiatives.
• Documentation & knowledge management: Create clear process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to ensure consistency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in operations, consulting, project management, or process improvement (internships included).
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, structured, and hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred

• Experience in a fast‑scaling company or startup environment.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for building scalable systems and improving operational frameworks.
