Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Eindhoven is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team. You will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week, and assist across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members, and supporting teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience daily.
• Assist across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members.
• Support teams wherever needed to maintain smooth club operations.
