Driessen is seeking an Operational Manager for the Rijksorganisatie Beveiliging en Logistiek (RBL) in Utrecht. You will lead a team of 22 security professionals across two locations, ensuring a safe working environment and high-quality security services.

You will act as the primary contact for staff and clients, drive improvements, and support your team’s development. The role runs 32–36 hours per week for 12 months with a possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education required.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising personnel.
• Experience in facilities management and services.
• Good knowledge of security and electronic security systems.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken), Dutch writing.
• Experience with automated systems.
• Driving license B required.

Responsabilités

• Lead security staff and coordinators and develop their skills.
• Conduct performance conversations and organize team meetings.
• Coordinate security activities during meetings and demonstrations.
• Maintain contact with clients, security organizations and other managers.
• Ensure efficient deployment of staff and resources.
• Monitor service quality and prepare reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and advise on security measures and process improvements.
