Maersk is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist in the Netherlands to drive performance improvements across Logistics & Services. You will apply The Maersk Way, leading structured problem solving and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

You will coach on Lean, Kaizen, and A3 thinking, and facilitate workshops to embed sustainable changes. In this role you will identify root causes, remove barriers, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Finance, and Digital teams

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments.
• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence across different levels of the organization.
• Hands-on mindset with a track record of delivering results.
