Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Eindhoven is seeking a Structural Engineer/Modeler to work on complex projects in the Industry & Buildings sector. The role involves designing and modelling various structures and collaborating with other engineers. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil Engineering, experience in structural design, and proficiency with digital tools like Revit. What you can do as a Structural Engineer/Modeler (Industry & Buildings)

As part of our Industry & Buildings team, you will work on technically challenging and multidisciplinary projects — from advanced production facilities and laboratories to sustainable commercial and industrial buildings. You will combine engineering expertise with collaboration and innovation to help clients realise their ambitions safely and efficiently.

You might be involved in:

• Designing, analysing and modelling steel, concrete and timber structures;
• Developing and coordinating 3D BIM models across multiple disciplines;
• Collaborating with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and process specialists;
• Applying or developing digital methods such as parametric design and automation;
• Sharing knowledge and contributing to innovation within the structural discipline.

Combining structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and process expertise, our teams deliver sustainable, safe and future-proof solutions that support clients in innovation, digitalisation and the energy transition.

What you bring

You are an analytical and proactive professional who enjoys turning complex technical challenges into practical solutions. You work well with others, communicate clearly and value quality and integrity in everything you do.

You also have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, providing a strong foundation in structural principles;
• Experience or ambition in structural design, analysis or modelling;
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Revit, or analysis software, ensuring efficient and accurate work;
• Good communication skills in English (and preferably Dutch or another European language) to collaborate effectively in international teams;
• A curious, learning mindset, allowing you to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.
