Job summary

AMF Bakery Systems is seeking a hands-on R&M and Service Engineer to install, maintain and troubleshoot our bakery equipment at customer sites in the Netherlands. You will apply mechanical, electrical and control expertise to keep machines running smoothly and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduated in mechatronics or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the industry (food industry is a plus).
• Demonstrable affinity with electrical engineering and/or control technology.
• Operational understanding of variable speed drives, sensors, conveyors, PLCs, OITs, PLC etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot power transmission parts, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical circuits.
• Basic machine shop and fabrication skills to modify parts in the field.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical and Electrical Installation / Modification of AMF Equipment or customer site equipment.
• Carrying out inspections, repair and maintenance of existing equipment.
• Provide inspection/visit reports to office staff.
• Suggest action points on project lists for technical feedback.
• Time registration and expense accounting; coordinate with planning and toolbox meetings.
