Job summary

Zerova Technologies seeks an Internal Sales Coordinator for our Amstelveen office. You will support the Business Development team by managing internal pre-sales and post-sales processes, acting as the liaison between external Sales and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Willingness to commute daily to Amstelveen; this is a fully on-site role.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order processing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP ERP is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of engagement with leads from events, marketing activities, and campaigns.
• Present the company and build trust while following up on customer needs.
• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities with internal stakeholders (Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal).
• Handle RFQ responses and tender documentation; keep CRM up to date.
• Enter orders into ERP, coordinate delivery, and prepare invoices with Operations/Finance.
• Support resolution of customer issues in a timely, professional manner.
