MarvelTest, a tech-enabled growth consultancy in Amsterdam, seeks an Online Marketer (Medior/Senior) to lead growth strategies for premium e-commerce brands. You will manage paid social and paid search channels and collaborate with Design and Data teams to optimize ads, landing pages, and overall performance.

You will work with proprietary AI solutions and in-house technology, owning responsibility for client growth and strategic guidance. 40 hours/week, hybrid office and remote options.

Formación

• 2–4 years of proven, relevant work experience as an Online Marketer or Marketing Consultant.
• Expertise in Paid Social and Paid Search channels.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• A relevant degree focused on organization, marketing or business administration.

Who are you?

We're looking for an entrepreneurial professional who is ready to make an immediate impact:

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven, relevant work experience as an Online Marketer or Marketing Consultant, preferably within a digital agency.
• Expertise: you are an expert in Paid Social and Paid Search channels.
• Communication: excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
• Education: a relevant degree, preferably focused on organization, marketing or business administration.
• Availability: you are available for 40 hours per week.
• Nice to have: knowledge of other marketing channels such as email marketing, SEO/Organic and/or affiliate marketing.

What you’ll be doing

As an Online Marketer (Medior / Senior) you are the strategic brain for 5 to 7 of our premium clients. Your responsibilities:

• Integrated online growth strategy: you are ultimately responsible for the entire online growth strategy of your client portfolio and steer toward long-term success.
• Channel management & optimization: you manage the paid social and paid search channels and ensure maximum performance.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration: you work closely with our Design Team (for the best-converting ads and landing pages) and our Data Team (for in-depth insights to continuously fine-tune the strategy).
• Tech-driven consultancy: you deploy our own, innovative tech products and first-party data to turn data into profitable business strategies.
• Strategic advice & guidance: you advise and guide clients at the highest level and give them in-depth insight into their online business.
