Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Community is seeking an Online Data Analyst for a part-time, remote contractor role. You will verify and evaluate geographic and business information using maps and reference materials, contributing to AI product quality.

Applicants should be fluent in English and Dutch, have lived in the Netherlands for the last five years, and be able to work regularly across task types. Training and support are provided, with earnings around 15.12 EUR per hour.

• Fluent in English and Dutch (native or near-native).

• In-depth regional, cultural, and geographic knowledge of the Netherlands.
• Willingness to work across diverse Task Types (Maps, News, Audio, Relevance).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow project guidelines.
• Willingness to participate regularly each week when work is available.
• Stable internet connection and access to a personal computer.

But maps are only as accurate as the data behind them, and data is only as trustworthy as the people who verify it. As an Online Data Analyst, you will use your knowledge of the Netherlands, together with online research and project guidelines, to review and evaluate map, location, business, and search information. This is a remote, flexible independent contractor opportunity designed for people who can participate regularly each week when tasks are available.

A Day in the Life of an Online Data Analyst

In this role you will verify, evaluate, and validate geographic and business information using advanced mapping tools and detailed reference materials.

You may work on a variety of tasks, including:

• Review and verify map, business, address, and location information
• Research information using online maps, search engines, directories, and reliable sources
• Compare information from different sources and determine which result is most accurate
• Evaluate Dutch and English language search results and information
• Follow detailed project guidelines when making decisions
• Work across different task types such as Maps, Search/Relevance, Audio, etc.
• Provide accurate evaluations that help improve digital products and AI systems

Qualification path

Service Rates

This is a task-based opportunity rather than an hourly-paid position.

Each task has an assigned rate based on its estimated completion time. Based on current task rates and estimated completion times, earnings are approximately equivalent to:

15.12 EUR per hour **This hourly equivalent is provided as an estimate only.

• The type of tasks completed
• The volume of available tasks
• The number of tasks you choose to complete
• Quality and productivity requirements
• Your individual pace of work
• Your level of regular participation

Independent Contractor Relationship

This opportunity is offered on an independent contractor basis.

Contributors have flexibility in deciding when they participate and how much available work they choose to complete, subject to project availability, qualification requirements, and project quality standards.

While there is no fixed work schedule, the project is intended for contributors who can participate regularly and consistently when tasks are available.
