Job summary

Airswift seeks an experienced Data Scientist to support offshore platform projects in the Netherlands. You will integrate, analyze, and transform large volumes of engineering and construction data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision making across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, BI Specialist, or similar in industrial/EPC project environments.
• Experience with large-scale engineering, construction, offshore, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience extracting and integrating data from databases, enterprise systems, and APIs.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with Enterprise Information Management (EIM) environments.
• Familiarity with Petrobras systems and data structures.
• Knowledge of offshore platform, FPSO, or oil and gas project lifecycles.
• Experience within EPCC projects; understanding of project controls, planning, procurement, QA/QC, and commissioning.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Data Integration & Management: Consolidate and manage project data from multiple systems.
• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Advanced Analytics: Perform trend analyses and predictive assessments to identify risks.
• Automation & Data Processing: Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings to multidisciplinary teams and translate data into insights.
