Nutreco's Selko (Trouw Nutrition) in Indianapolis is seeking a Production Operator – Redissolve Operator to own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and related equipment. This hands-on role requires monitoring process performance and documenting production activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You’ll work night shifts on a weekend schedule, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and process chemistry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as a production or manufacturing operator.
• Experience with automated equipment is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment.
• Operate automated production equipment and monitor process performance.
• Complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Accurately document production activities and deviations.
