Mediahuis is seeking a Flexible Location Coordinator for night shifts to support newspaper distribution across an 80 km radius. You will cover for colleagues during absences, monitor operations with our app, and coordinate replacements while maintaining on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Nights shift availability and willingness to travel within 80 km.
• No prior experience required; ability to motivate a team.
• Computer literacy and strong administrative skills.
• Dutch language required; English a plus.
• Category B driving license and car access.
• Certificate of Conduct (VOG) required.

Responsibilities

• Cover for permanent colleagues during illness, leave, or peak periods.
• Monitor distribution operations using the delivery app and coordinate replacements.
• Handle on-site issues and keep newspaper distribution running smoothly.
• Perform administrative tasks remotely when possible (staff data, payments, complaints).
• Rotate across multiple locations and maintain timely delivery.
