Job summary

You will steer SD-WAN initiatives, partner with vendors, manage budgets, and mentor teams while upholding Zero Trust principles in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

The Head of Networks

owns the global network strategy, architecture, and operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across enterprise and cloud environments.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Leads and develops global network teams
• Owns performance management and talent development
• Accountable for network budgets and vendors
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
