Job summary

YER Netherlands is looking for an IT Network Coordinator/Work Planner to bridge engineering, planning and execution in a complex network infrastructure. You will organize and coordinate all activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.

You will prepare and schedule work, align changes and maintenance, and act as the main contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers. 32-40 hours per week, salary €3,500–€5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
• MBO level education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate changes, maintenance activities and migrations within the network infrastructure.
• Translate requests into concrete work within the workflow management system.
• Create and monitor schedules, runbooks, and work instructions.
• Serve as contact point for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Assess technical proposals and impact analyses.
• Monitor progress, quality and deadlines.
• Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-team collaboration.
