Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our FSP team in the Netherlands. You will monitor sites nationwide, ensure protocol compliance, and prepare monitoring reports.

Applicants should have a Life Sciences degree, at least 3 years on-site monitoring experience, strong GCP knowledge, and fluency in English and Dutch. A full driving license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Experience handling multiple protocols across drug indications.

Responsibilities

• Site management and monitoring across the country.
• Drive and track subject recruitment plans with sites.
• Provide protocol and study training to assigned sites.
• Create and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plans.
• Co-monitor, train and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
