Job summary

Allseas Group S.A. is seeking an experienced NDT AUT Operator for offshore pipeline vessel projects. You will perform AUT checks, calibrations, and setups, while ensuring quality and compliance with procedures.

The role requires ISO 9712 Level 2 in UT/PT/MT, an AUT Operator certificate, and English at A2 level. Offshore experience and hands-on competence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• ISO 9712 Level 2 in UT, PT, MT.
• AUT Operator certificate.
• Knowledge of welding processes, codes and standards.
• Capable of performing effectively in a hands on environment.
• ToFD, PA, and Visual optional.
• A2 level in English, verbally and in writing.
• Relevant experience as NDT AUT Operator on offshore pipeline vessels.

Responsibilities

• Quality control checks of project pipe material.
• Calibrate AUT Dolphin system.
• Create Dolphin AUT setups in accordance with setup documentation.
• Optimize AUT setups to meet specific project requirements.
• Carry out AUT verification block checks.
• Conduct R&D testing activities as directed by NDTSupervisor or NDT Engineers.
• Follow AUT validation and qualification procedures.
• Train and mentor new NDT team members.
• Give general feedback on weld quality to Welder Foremen.
• Collaborate with NDT Scanner Technicians to perform maintenance and improve workstations during non-production periods.
