Qualifications

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and work tracking (SimplifyScale).
• Strong SQL/DB skills, exposure to Git; banking/loan domain experience.
• Experience in Agile development environment; strong communication and collaboration.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineer with 8–12 years of IT expertise, including 6–8 years of specialized experience in the nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex and hands‑on experience with nCino administration. Responsibilities include integrating nCino with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols, as well as leveraging CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT for deployment automation.

The role also requires strong SQL/DB skills, familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and work tracking (SimplifyScale), and exposure to Git. Experience in the banking and loan domain, along with the ability to thrive in an Agile development environment, is essential. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills are a must.
