Mystery shopping is a flexible way to earn money by acting as a regular customer while evaluating a service or store.

Typical assignments include:

• Visiting stores, showrooms, or service locations
• Interacting with staff and asking predefined questions
• Observing service quality, product knowledge, and environment
• Submitting a short online report after your visit

Most assignments take between 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the project.
