Job summary

EW Facility Services is offering a part-time Cleaning Employee position at Amsterdam's Stedelijk Museum. You will keep public areas clean, vacuum, mop, dust, and prepare the museum for visitors.

The role requires reliability, independence, attention to detail, and basic English. Shifts are mornings or afternoons totaling 10–15 hours per week, with a 7-month contract and a 1-month probation. Benefits include 8% holiday allowance, 5% year-end bonus, travel allowance, and a paid training.

Qualifications

• Enjoy cleaning and takes pride in your work.
• Able to work independently with an eye for detail.
• Reliable, motivated and flexible.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby.
• Able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). We cover the costs!

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas, floors and toilets.
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
• Empty bins and keep everything tidy.
• Make sure the museum is ready to welcome visitors.
