Job summary

Marktlink is seeking a Multimedia Designer to be the creative force behind all brand visuals. You’ll translate strategy into impactful visuals for offline, online and motion, helping to land campaigns and tell complex stories clearly.

You’ll shape and strengthen a recognisable Marktlink brand across Europe, safeguarding consistency and signature across touchpoints. Expect involvement in formats like explainers and infographics and collaboration with marketing teams.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a comparable creative design role.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as a minimum.
• Hands-on experience with After Effects and translating static design into motion.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong visual concepts across print, digital and motion.
• Design campaign materials, social visuals, presentations, brochures, signage and event assets.
• Build motion and animation in After Effects.
• Provide art direction and visual guidance for Marktlink’s biennial magazine.
• Deliver creative work for major events, covering pre-event hype to post-event output.
• Help develop and safeguard a consistent visual identity across Europe.
• Ensure every brand expression reflects a clear and recognisable Marktlink signature.
• Create and evolve visual formats such as explainers, infographics and video elements.

Your goal

As Multimedia Designer, you are the creative force behind everything at Marktlink. Offline, online and in motion. You translate brand, strategy and ideas into visuals that don’t just look sharp, but actually land. From event campaigns to scroll-stopping social content and visual storytelling formats, you bring the full picture to life.

You play a key role in shaping and strengthening a recognisable Marktlink brand across Europe. The ambition is clear: every expression, in every country, should carry a distinctive Marktlink signature. You have a strong visual vision, know how to sell it internally, and act as a guardian of brand consistency across all touchpoints.

At the same time, you think beyond individual assets. You help develop visual formats that make complex stories clearer, stronger and more engaging. From explainers and infographics to graphical elements in video.

Your responsibilities

• You develop strong visual concepts across print, digital and motion;
• You design campaign materials, social visuals, presentations, brochures, signage and event assets;
• You build motion and animation in After Effects;
• You provide art direction and visual guidance for Marktlink’s biennial magazine,
• You deliver creative work for major events, covering everything from pre-event hype to on-the-day experience to post-event output;
• You help develop and safeguard a consistent visual identity across Europe;
• You ensure that every brand expression reflects a clear and recognisable Marktlink signature;
• You help create and evolve recurring visual formats, such as explainers, infographics and graphic elements for video;
• You translate complex topics into clear, engaging visual storytelling across different channels;
• You explore and integrate AI-tools to make the creative process faster and smarter;
• You collaborate closely with marketing and content colleagues;
• You switch fluently between big brand projects and fast-turnaround daily design requests.

Requirements

Your profile

• At least 4 years of experience in a comparable creative design role;
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as a minimum;
• Hands-on experience with After Effects and translating static design into motion;
• Experience with visual storytelling and developing recurring formats such as explainers, infographics or motion-based content is a plus;
• Strong sense of art direction, composition, typography and visual hierarchy across both print and digital;
• Affinity with branding and a sharp eye for visual consistency across markets;
• Curious about AI in design and content creation;
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently without losing sight of the bigger picture;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
