Job summary

Wellis Health is seeking a Website Management Specialist to own our websites across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, growing them into strong organic and converting channels.

You will manage site structure, day-to-day content, SEO, and QA across markets, briefing assets, coordinating with design, translation, and development teams, and ensuring pricing and product information are up-to-date. You’ll work with Storyblok, VWO, GA4, and Semrush to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing a website day to day including CMS work and coordinating with developers to deploy changes.
• Strong SEO experience across technical and content aspects; interest in AI-driven content production is a plus.
• Comfortable building and QA-ing A/B tests and working within agile processes with a PO and dev team.

Responsibilities

• Own website management across markets: structure, page setup, and CMS in Storyblok.
• Maintain site health and coordinate fixes with development.
• Identify and ship continuous improvements; run test hypotheses and document results.
• Build and QA experiments in VWO; manage test lifecycle from brief to live.
• Coordinate experiment tickets with dev team and PO within sprint cycles.
• Monitor GA4 for performance issues and opportunities; translate into actions.
