Job summary

Lonza Geleen site is seeking an MSAT Scientist to execute process assessment and validation activities in close collaboration with clients, while operating with a high level of independence. You will provide GMP and aseptic manufacturing technical know‑how to the process development team and guide junior members.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in process validation, GMP and aseptic manufacturing.
• Experience interacting with clients and internal teams; strong communication.
• Ability to train junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Drive process validation activities to meet timelines with internal/external parties.
• Assess process, APS, facility, equipment and materials from GMP perspective; identify risks and mitigation.
• Trend process performance data and propose improvements per Lonza NPI principles.
• Lead investigations for deviations and provide guidance on change controls.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
