Job summary

CowManager BV is seeking a System Administrator to keep our modern Microsoft-based workplace secure, efficient and available for colleagues worldwide from our Harmelen HQ. You own and optimize the Microsoft 365 stack, Entra ID and Intune, while ensuring endpoint management and security.

You’ll implement improvements, automate standard tasks and support colleagues with day-to-day IT questions, onboarding new staff, and maintaining ISO 27001 compliance. Fluency in Dutch and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, system administration or endpoint management.
• MBO or HBO IT education or equivalent work/think level.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows environments and endpoint management.
• Affinity for security and keeping a modern workspace secure and manageable.
• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Service-oriented and communicative, with a drive to implement technical improvements.
• Structured, solutions-oriented, with attention to quality and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Universal Print, Defender and Teams Calling.
• Manage Microsoft Intune to secure devices and endpoints.
• Work on endpoint security, compliance policies, conditional access and security policies.
• Develop, manage and distribute software packages and keep apps up-to-date.
• Proactively look for standardization and automation of the Modern Workplace.
• Analyze and resolve complex IT issues and support colleagues where needed.
• Ensure new colleagues have a secure and well-configured workspace from day one.
• Contribute to information security and ISO 27001 maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve the IT environment and implement changes.
