About the Job

The ideal candidate will be integral in providing after-sales service for aerial work platforms(AWP). This role involves offering technical support, troubleshooting, machinery repairs, processing warranty claims, and providing training.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop
  • Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations
  • Deliver technical product support to Dingli employees and customers
  • Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region
  • Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services
  • Pursue ongoing skill development and maintain relevant certifications to enhance job performance
Requirements
  • Technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a service technician role, preferably in mechanical or related industries
  • Have experience in electrical and hydraulic repairs
  • Strong understanding of customer relations and dynamic requirements
  • Understanding of the equipment rental sector is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
  • Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination
