Job summary

Patrickbeek.com is seeking a Platform / MLOps Engineer to build and operate the AI platform behind our sovereign cloud. You will combine NVIDIA GPU capacity, Kubernetes, and model infrastructure to deliver a secure, scalable platform that handles heavy AI workloads.

You will deploy models, provision isolated customer environments, and automate releases across the full stack—from GPUs to model endpoints and observability. A hands-on, independent problem solver thrives here.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MLOps or AI platform engineering with hands-on Kubernetes.
• Experience with GPU management in Linux and containerized environments.
• Strong scripting with Python/Bash/Go and IaC tooling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and improve Kubernetes environments for AI workloads and customer applications.
• Make NVIDIA GPUs available to workloads and provide GPU utilization visibility.
• Automate AI/LLM deployments, including configuration, versioning, and controlled updates.
• Configure and optimize model-serving environments for latency and throughput.
• Provision customer environments with strict isolation of workloads, data, and network traffic.
• Develop IaC and reusable configurations for repeatable environments.
• Build and improve CI/CD and GitOps processes for platform components.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure and model endpoints.
• Enhance platform availability, backups, and capacity planning.
• Investigate incidents and implement stability improvements.
• Collaborate with AI/Software teams to transition experiments to production.
