Job summary

Carrière biedt een positie als MIG/MAG lasser in Zwolle bij een toonaangevende high-tech fabrikant. Je vervaardigt en last staalframeconstructies volgens tekeningen en lasinstructies, levert precisie en kwaliteit in een moderne productieomgeving.

De functie is fulltime (40 uur) met een 2-ploegschema, met uitzicht op een overstap naar een 3-ploegregeling en extra toeslagen. Dit is een lange termijn rol met ontwikkelingskansen en een professionele teamcultuur.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder.
• Experience welding steel constructions.
• Ability to read technical drawings independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good technical insight and attention to detail.
• Good command of the English language.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule (with flexibility for future 3-shift work).

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on steel frame constructions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding instructions.
• Assemble products according to specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Prepare finished products for Quality Control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
