Job summary

TMC is seeking a precise Lab Technician to join our Quality Control team in the Netherlands. You will perform, report, and verify QC tests, ensure procedures are followed under GMP guidelines, and contribute to improving processes through data analysis and trend reporting.

You will work with microbiology tests such as environmental monitoring, sterility, and bioburden analyses, document results, and participate in Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Performing, reporting, and verifying QC tests according to established procedures.
• Identifying, investigating, and reporting deviations (OOS) and trends in compliance with GMP guidelines.
• Conducting and managing various microbiological tests and techniques, including sterility tests, bioburden analyses, Environmental Monitoring, and aseptic techniques.
• Recording test results and conducting data analyses and trend reports.
• Participating in and, where possible, leading improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drafting, updating, and improving work instructions and SOPs.
• Working according to GMP, GMO, and safety regulations.
