Job summary

Winclove Probiotics invites MSc students to join our R&D team in Amsterdam-North for a 6–9 month internship starting 15 September 2026. You will contribute to probiotic research, including growth monitoring and SCFA metabolite profiling, under English supervision.

The role offers practical lab experience, a chance to explore microbial cross-feeding interactions, and a monthly internship allowance of €500, with relocation and daily operations supported by our R&D staff.

Qualifications

• MSc student in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related field.
• Practical microbiology experience including bacterial culture.
• Interest in probiotics and bacterial mechanisms.
• Good lab documentation and critical thinking.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing probiotic research projects.
• Conduct growth monitoring and metabolite profiling (SCFAs).
• Perform data analysis and report results.
• Maintain compliant laboratory records.
