Zohorecruit is seeking a Cisco Meraki Network Engineer to join our Amsterdam team. You will act as an L3 escalation point for complex Meraki MX, MS, and MR incidents and manage Meraki SD-WAN, switching, wireless, VPN, firewall, and security environments.

You will design scalable network architectures, configure SD-WAN connectivity, perform deep packet analysis, and maintain network documentation per ITIL processes. Strong Meraki and routing knowledge required, with scripting basics a plus.

Competenze

6–8 years of professional network engineering experience.
Hands-on with Cisco Meraki MX, MS, MR devices.
Strong knowledge of Meraki Dashboard, SD-WAN, VPN, switching and wireless.
Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, static routing and VLAN/IP addressing.
Experience with IPsec, IDS/IPS, content filtering, and Layer 7 security.
Proficient with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG).

Mansioni

Act as an L3 escalation point for Meraki-based incidents.
Manage and troubleshoot Meraki SD-WAN, switching, wireless, VPN, firewall and security environments.
Design scalable network architectures with HA, VLAN segmentation, IP addressing and zero-touch provisioning.
Configure SD-WAN connectivity with MPLS, broadband and LTE integrations.
Perform deep packet analysis, RCA, and incident management for P1/P2.
Maintain IDS/IPS, content filtering, NAT, and Layer 7 security policies.
Monitor performance, enable proactive alerting, automation and capacity reporting.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, RCA reports and ITIL-aligned runbooks.
Collaborate with Cloud/Security/Application teams, Cisco TAC, and ISPs; mentor L1/L2 engineers.
