Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide in-person psychotherapy to the geriatric population in skilled nursing, sub-acute, and assisted living facilities.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with staff and families. Compensation ranges from $56,000 to $90,000 with full-time benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, PTO, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications
